Planning
The sales department offers assistance for the calculation of costs and for the planning of the installation and equipment of your presentation system. Skilled engineers for planning and project realisation help you to find the best solution for your customised requirements, and later develop the realisation of your system.

Especially in control rooms, where highly sensitive information is visualised 24 hours per day, seven days per week, the long-term reliability of the installed system is of inestimable importance. This long-term reliability can only be achieved if products of the highest quality are installed, and if they are operated under the best service and maintenance conditions. For this reason, eyevis uses only high-performance components and optionally provides redundant systems. If required, it is possible to organise operating tests with the customer.

Warranty
The warranty period of our systems begins after the customer’s approval of acceptance. For the duration of the warranty period we guarantee the absence of failures or defects of the systems we have delivered.
This standard warranty can be extended and warranty-extensions can be ordered. For the duration of the warranty-extension period you receive the same services as with the standard warranty.

Special maintenance programmes
Special projects may require customised service, support and warranty conditions. For this reason it is also possible to develop especially customised service programmes, which take your particular requirements into consideration. Please ask your eyevis agent for your individual service programme. These special programmes have been developed in order to keep your system - and the operators - up to date, and to guarantee best and fastest support.

Service and support
Every installation is carried out by skilled and trained installation technicians. Service and repair works are carried out by experienced experts from our service-team.
