The products from our latest ePANEL-S series are narrow pixel pitch LED modules for high resolution video wall applications with the possibility to perform service and maintenance works from the front.

Unique Motorized Front-Service Mechanism

Thanks to their motorized front-service mechanism, the LED modules from the ePANEL-S series can be installed directly attached to the building wall without the need for additional space on the rear side. Through an intelligent, touch-free mechanism the LED modules are released to the front by a motorized system. A special tool makes this even possible in case of a total failure including lack of electricity.

Motorized Front-Service Mechanism

Motorized Front AccessThe motorized front-service system of the ePANEL-S series allows the contactless removal of the LED boards from the module. As a result, either the LED board itself can be exchanged or access to the internal modules can be obtained. The motorized system is triggered by a special, magnetic maintenance tool that is held over the LED surface. The LED board is then automatically released and driven to the front, where it can be easily removed in the end position. In the event of a power failure, the mechanism may also be actuated by a pull magnet incorporating a device for protecting the LEDs.



Separate Housing & Module Design

Die Trennung der Baugruppen LED-Einheit und Gehäuse ermöglicht die einfache Möglichkeit eines vorderseitigen Service-Zugangs. Aber bereits bei der Installation ist diese Teilung von Vorteil: Da zunächst die Gehäuse montiert werden und erst anschließend die LED-Boards Reihe für Reihe angebracht werden, sind diese bis zuletzt optimal geschützt und nicht den mechanischen Einflüssen einer Baustelle ausgesetzt.

Alle im Gehäuse verbauten elektronischen Komponenten können nach Entfernung der LED-Boards einfach erreicht und ausgetauscht werden. Der mechanische Aufbau der Gehäuse bleibt dabei unberührt.
 



 

Integrated Power & Data Connectors

The separation of the assemblies LED unit and housing allows the easy possibility of front-side service access. But this division is already an advantage during the installation: As the housings are first mounted and only then the LED boards are mounted row by row, they are optimally protected until the very end and are not exposed to the mechanical influences of a construction site.

All built-in electronic components can be easily accessed and replaced after removal of the LED boards. The mechanical structure of the housing remains untouched.


 



Secure Operation through Redundancy

Power and data supply can also be redundantly configured as an option to further increase operational reliability. In case of failure of the signal path or the power supply, it is easy to switch to the second source of image data or power. Also internal components, e.g. the power supplies installed in the housing can optionally be designed redundantly


 


Slim Design, No Rear-Space Needed

With a mounting depth of only 71 mm, the LED modules from the ePANEL-S series allow a slim installation that takes up only the smallest space in the room. Except for a flat mounting kit, which is needed to install the enclosures on the wall, there is no room required at the back of the video wall.



 


Simple Configuration of Common Image Sizes through 16:9 Module Format

The 16: 9 format of ePANEL-S LED modules allows you to easily build the most common image formats such as Full HD or 4K. Depending on the selected pixel pitch, these sizes are achieved by quadratic arrangements (3×3, 4×4, 5×5, ...) of the respective modules. This also simplifies the request to the signal feed since standard formats and components can be used.
