High interest in takeover of Eyevis

Reutlingen. Negotiations with new investors for eyevis, a German manufacturer of projection and large-screen visualization technology, continue unchanged and at high speed after entering next stage of proceedings on March 1, 2018. “We were able to make great progress in the M&A process and continue to be extremely confident that we can conclude the negotiations successfully and in a timely manner”, explains the Stuttgart lawyer Dr. Ing. Holger Leichtle of Schultze & Braun, who was appointed as the administrator by the district court of Tübingen. “The interest in eyevis remains high.”

The administration is currently entering into further negotiations with several potential investors who have placed their binding offers.

The business continues in full operation after the opening of the proceedings. “All orders are processed as agreed and new orders are being accepted. The Eyevis production facilities for premium quality display solutions is running at high speed.  We consequently stay on our course heading to a fast continuation and takeover,” assures Leichtle.
